Start a block
Click Clock in next to the notification bell. Pick a category (Marketing, Content, Team or Admin) and the specific thing you're working on (a task, model, IG account, batch). No generic blocks — every block must be attached to something we can look up later.

Do the work
One timer at a time. If you switch to something else, click the pill and start a new block — the previous one closes automatically. The pill shows what's being tracked so you always know.

Close with proof
When you stop, add proof proportional to the block: < 20 min — nothing needed. 20–60 min — one line describing what you did. > 60 min — a link to the artifact (Drive doc, thread, screenshot). This keeps the work discoverable and pays off in payroll reviews.
